1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the Vegan Group Trip Argentina ("the Trip"), an 8-night guided group travel experience in Buenos Aires and Bariloche, Argentina, from December 1 to December 9, 2026.

This Agreement is entered into between:

• The Organizer: Pilar Popovici, acting as an individual trip organizer ("Organizer"); and

• The Participant: the individual who books, pays for, or registers to attend the Trip ("Participant").

By completing a booking and/or submitting a deposit payment, the Participant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in full. This constitutes a legally binding contract between both parties.

No verbal agreements, informal conversations, social media messages, or representations made outside of this document shall form part of this Agreement or modify its terms in any way.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date and will apply to bookings made after that date. Participants who have already completed a booking will be governed by the version in effect at the time of their payment.

2. Trip Overview

The Argentina Vegan Group Trip is an 8-night guided group experience visiting Buenos Aires (4 nights) and Bariloche (4 nights). Please note the itinerary is subject to change due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, and any changes will be communicated as promptly as possible.
The group is limited to a maximum of 12 Participants.

Inclusions and Exclusions

Inclusions and exclusions for the Trip are detailed in the official itinerary at [https://www.wildera.world/argentina-group-trip]. As a general guide, the Trip includes accommodation, the domestic flight between Buenos Aires and Bariloche, breakfasts, and activities and meals as specified in the itinerary, with Pilar Popovici present as trip host throughout.

International flights, travel insurance (mandatory, see Section 7), visas, vaccinations, personal expenses, and any meals or activities not listed in the itinerary are not included. Any activities undertaken independently during free time are at the Participant’s own initiative, cost, and risk, and the Organizer holds no responsibility for optional activities not listed in the itinerary.

3. Booking and Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or older. No minors will be accepted under any circumstances.

When required by the Organizer, each Participant must provide accurate personal details exactly as they appear on their travel documents, including full legal name, date of birth, and passport details. These details are used for the domestic flight and accommodation bookings, and any mismatch with travel documents may result in denied boarding or check-in. The Organizer is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Participant.

Participants should have a basic level of mobility and be prepared for an active itinerary that includes significant walking and a number of short hikes. Opting out of the hikes is always possible. If you have concerns about your physical ability to participate, please get in touch before booking.

Each Participant must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, mobility limitations, or additional dietary needs at the time of booking. All included food is fully plant-based. The Organizer will make every reasonable effort to accommodate additional dietary requirements but cannot be held responsible for any adverse outcomes related to undisclosed or complex needs.

Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and first installment payment within 30 days. Failure to complete payment or submit required information by the stated deadlines will result in automatic forfeiture of the spot.

The Organizer reserves the right, at her discretion, to decline any booking or remove a Participant prior to departure due to incomplete documentation, failure to obtain travel insurance, or conduct deemed disruptive to the group. The refund policy in Section 5 applies in such cases.

Entry requirements for Argentina vary depending on nationality and may change without notice. It is the Participant’s sole responsibility to check the requirements that apply to their specific passport well in advance of the Trip.

4. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of USD 300 is required to initiate a booking. Payments are accepted in USD by credit or debit card. Any processing or transaction fees charged by third-party payment platforms are non-refundable and outside the Organizer’s control.

An installment plan is available. The full balance is due no later than October 1, 2026. The specific payment schedule will be agreed upon individually at the time of booking.

Late or missed payments without prior communication will result in automatic forfeiture of the spot, with no refund issued for amounts already paid. If a Participant becomes unresponsive and fails to complete payment by the agreed schedule, their spot will be considered forfeited without further notice.

Trip pricing may vary depending on availability, timing, and applicable promotions. Discounts or promotional prices are non-retroactive and do not apply to existing bookings.

Single Room Supplement

In Buenos Aires, shared rooming is the default. A single room supplement is available at an additional cost of USD 700 for the 4 nights and must be requested at the time of booking. In Bariloche, all Participants share accommodation.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or card provider does not override or replace the terms of this Agreement. In the event of a chargeback, the Organizer reserves the right to recover any resulting fees, administrative costs, or legal expenses directly from the Participant. Any payment concerns must be raised directly with the Organizer before escalating to a financial institution.

Please note: the payment platform used for this Trip (StanStore) may display a default “cancel anytime” option. This does not apply to the Argentina Vegan Group Trip. Cancellations and refunds are governed exclusively by the terms in Section 5.

5. Cancellation Policy - By Participant

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Organizer via email. Spots are non-transferable.

The deposit of USD 300 is non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the event of cancellation by the Organizer (see Section 6).

For all other amounts paid, the following schedule applies regardless of the reason for cancellation - including voluntary withdrawal, illness, fear of travel, or personal circumstances:

• Cancellation before August 1, 2026: 100% refund of amounts paid, excluding the deposit

• Cancellation between August 1 and September 30, 2026: 50% refund of amounts paid, excluding the deposit

• Cancellation after October 1, 2026: no refund issued

All refunds exclude transaction fees, currency conversion fees, and any third-party costs already incurred on the Participant’s behalf.

No-shows, voluntary late arrivals, and missed flights are not eligible for refunds. If a Participant’s flight is delayed due to circumstances outside their control, the Organizer will make every reasonable effort to accommodate them but cannot be held financially responsible for any missed services. Failure to provide required documentation by stated deadlines may result in forfeiture of the spot without refund.

Where a refund is due, it will be issued in USD, minus applicable fees, either to the original payment method or via bank transfer, at the Organizer’s discretion.

6. Cancellation and Changes by the Organizer

Minimum Participants

The Trip requires a minimum of 6 confirmed, paid Participants. If this threshold is not reached by September 1, 2026, the Trip will be cancelled and all amounts paid, including the deposit, will be refunded in full, minus any third-party transaction or processing fees.

Pre-Confirmation Travel Arrangements

Any costs incurred for international flights, visas, or other travel arrangements booked before the Trip is confirmed (see Minimum Participants above) are the Participant's sole responsibility, regardless of whether the Trip proceeds.

If the Trip is cancelled for any reason, including not reaching the minimum number of Participants, the Organizer may, at her discretion, share details of the accommodations, transportation, and activities included in the original itinerary, so that Participants who wish to do so can arrange a similar trip independently. This is offered as a courtesy and does not constitute a guarantee of availability, pricing, or that the Organizer will personally arrange any part of the trip on the Participant's behalf.

Itinerary Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to modify any aspect of the itinerary at any time, including accommodations, transportation, routes, timing, activities, and restaurants. Changes may occur due to weather, safety concerns, supplier issues, or other operational reasons, and may happen with little or no advance notice. Every reasonable effort will be made to provide alternatives of equal or greater value. Significant changes, will be communicated to Participants as soon as possible. Itinerary changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Force Majeure

The Organizer is not liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond her control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, terrorism, war, civil unrest, strikes, border closures, government advisories, quarantine requirements, transportation disruptions, or supplier failures (“Force Majeure”).

In such cases, the Organizer will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or offer a credit toward a future trip. Where a refund is issued, transaction fees and pre-committed third-party costs will be excluded. The Organizer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by Participants as a result of a cancellation or Force Majeure event, including international flights, visas, vaccinations, or travel insurance.

7. Travel Documents, Health, and Insurance

Travel Documents

Each Participant is solely responsible for ensuring they hold all valid travel documentation for the duration of the Trip, including but not limited to: a valid passport, visas, entry permits, transit requirements, re-entry requirements, health forms, and customs compliance. The Organizer strongly recommends verifying all entry requirements with the relevant authorities well in advance, as these may change without notice.

The Organizer is not liable for any costs, losses, or consequences resulting from a Participant being denied entry or boarding due to insufficient, incorrect, or missing documentation.

Health and Medical

Argentina does not currently require vaccinations for entry, but requirements may vary depending on your nationality and travel history. It is the Participant’s responsibility to verify this before booking.

Each Participant is responsible for evaluating their own physical ability to participate in the Trip prior to booking. Any relevant medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. Participants must carry any medications they may require and are solely responsible for ensuring those medications are legal to bring into Argentina.

By joining the Trip, each Participant consents to receiving emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary in the Organizer’s judgment. All associated costs are the sole responsibility of the Participant.

Travel carries inherent risks of infectious disease. Entry requirements, health regulations, and travel restrictions may change suddenly and without notice. Participants assume full responsibility for any costs arising from quarantine, testing, isolation, denied entry, or trip interruptions caused by health-related circumstances. No refund will be issued due to fear of travel or disinclination to travel related to health concerns.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all Participants and must be obtained no later than November 1, 2026. Insurance must remain valid for the full duration of the Trip.

The Organizer does not provide travel insurance, recommend specific providers, or evaluate individual policies. Each Participant is solely responsible for selecting coverage adequate for their needs.

Proof of insurance may be requested at any time prior to departure. Failure to obtain travel insurance by November 1, 2026 or to provide proof when requested will be treated as a cancellation by the Participant, and the refund policy in Section 5 will apply.

8. Transportation and Accommodation

International Flights

Participants are solely responsible for arranging and funding their international flights, as well as any transport to the designated meeting point at the start of the Trip and onward travel from Bariloche at the end of the Trip. The Trip concludes in Bariloche, and any travel from that point onward, whether domestic or international, is not included.

The Organizer is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, denied boarding, missed connections, or baggage fees, regardless of cause. No refund will be issued for any portion of the Trip missed due to transport-related disruptions.

Domestic Flight

One domestic flight between Buenos Aires and Bariloche (one-way) is included. The fare includes a personal item only; checked baggage and carry-on bags are not included and can be added at an additional cost if needed. Participants are responsible for reviewing the baggage policy of the operating airline and purchasing any additional baggage allowance directly, well ahead of the Trip.

Land Transportation

Airport transfers on arrival are included for Participants landing in Ezeiza International Airport (Buenos Aires) between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the Trip's start date, as part of a group transfer. Participants arriving outside this window are responsible for arranging and funding their own transport to the accommodation.

A single group transfer to Bariloche airport is included on the Trip's final day, departing at approximately 11:00 AM. Participants whose departure plans require a different schedule are responsible for arranging and funding their own transport.

Land transportation included throughout the Trip may consist of private car services, vans, and/or public transport, depending on the activity, route, and group size.

Accommodation

Accommodation is included as specified in the itinerary. Participants traveling together may request to be roomed together at the time of booking. Participants who do not specify a preference will be paired with a same-gender Participant. If an assigned roommate withdraws from the Trip, the Organizer will make every reasonable effort to arrange an alternative rooming situation at no additional cost.

The Organizer will make every reasonable effort to pair solo Participants with a same-gender roommate, but this cannot always be guaranteed depending on group composition. If a same-gender pairing is not possible, the Organizer will offer alternatives, such as a single room at the applicable supplement, or a pairing across genders with the consent of all Participants involved.

The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any accommodation with an alternative of equal or comparable quality if circumstances require it, and does not guarantee specific room types, views, or configurations beyond what is stated in the itinerary. Participants are responsible for any incidental charges incurred at the accommodation, including room service, minibar, laundry, or damages.

9. Code of Conduct and Host Authority

The Organizer will make every effort to be present for the entirety of the Trip as the trip host. In the unlikely event that an emergency or unforeseen circumstance prevents the Organizer from doing so, she will arrange a suitable replacement host and/or adjust the trip as needed. This does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

The Organizer holds final authority over all operational, safety, and logistical decisions throughout the Trip, including timing, routing, activity modifications, and emergency responses. Participants agree to follow the Organizer’s instructions at all times.

Participants are expected to treat fellow travelers, locals, and all service providers with respect and kindness. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the Trip without refund, as well as a permanent ban from future Wildera trips:

• Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia or discrimination of any kind

• Harassment, verbal abuse, or violence toward any person

• Illegal drug use

• Excessive intoxication that disrupts the group or creates safety concerns

• Any behavior that endangers the well-being or enjoyment of other Participants

Participants are also expected to respect local laws, customs, and cultural norms throughout the Trip. Except in cases involving the zero-tolerance behaviors listed above, the Organizer will generally provide a warning before removal where the situation allows it. Warnings are issued at the Organizer’s sole discretion and are not guaranteed prior to removal. No refund will be issued for any unused services following removal.

10. Baggage and Personal Property

Participants are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings at all times throughout the Trip. The Organizer is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage or personal items. Participants are advised never to leave belongings unattended in public spaces.

11. Optional Activities and Free Time

Any activities undertaken independently during free time are entirely at the Participant’s own risk and cost. The Organizer is not liable for any incidents, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from independently booked excursions or activities not listed in the itinerary. If the Organizer assists a Participant in sourcing or recommending an optional activity, this does not constitute endorsement or assumption of liability.

Participants are responsible for managing their time during free periods and returning to the group on time. The Trip will not be delayed for Participants who are late returning from independent activities.

12. Liability, Risk, and Third-Party Suppliers

Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks. By booking the Trip, each Participant acknowledges and voluntarily accepts the risks associated with international travel, including but not limited to: physical activity, hiking, outdoor environments, weather conditions, and transportation.

Role of the Organizer

Pilar Popovici acts solely as the Trip host and coordinator. She is not a licensed travel agent, tour operator, or travel insurance provider, and does not act as one in connection with this Trip.

Third-Party Suppliers

Certain elements of the Trip are provided by independent third-party suppliers, including airlines, accommodation providers, transportation companies, restaurants, guides, and activity operators. The Organizer is not liable for any acts, omissions, failures, or negligence on the part of these suppliers. Any issues arising from third-party services should be directed to the relevant supplier where possible, though the Organizer will make every reasonable effort to assist Participants in resolving them.

Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Pilar Popovici from any and all claims, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to participation in the Trip, including but not limited to: personal injury, illness, death, emotional distress, property damage, financial loss, supplier failures, or acts of negligence, whether caused by the Organizer or third parties.

This waiver does not limit liability in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Organizer, as such limitations may not be enforceable under Argentine law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer’s total liability to any Participant shall not exceed the amount paid by that Participant for the Trip. The Organizer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. Where a refund is due under this Agreement, it represents the Participant’s sole financial remedy.

Indemnification

Each Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pilar Popovici from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from the Participant’s own actions or negligence during the Trip, including any harm caused to the Organizer, third-party suppliers, or fellow Participants.

13. Media and Content Release

The Organizer may capture photos, videos, and audio during the Trip for use in marketing, website content, and future promotions. By participating in the Trip, each Participant grants the Organizer permission to use any content in which they appear for these purposes, without compensation.

Participants who do not wish to appear in published content must notify the Organizer in writing via email before the Trip begins. The Organizer will make every reasonable effort to respect this preference, though incidental appearances in group content cannot always be guaranteed.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

The Organizer collects personal information from Participants for the sole purpose of planning and operating the Trip. This may include: passport details, emergency contact information, dietary restrictions, health disclosures, payment details, and email addresses.

This information is shared only with third-party suppliers directly involved in the Trip - such as hotels, transportation providers, and activity operators - strictly as needed to fulfill the booking. It is not used for marketing purposes or shared with any other parties.

Participant data is stored securely and retained for a period of 2 years following the end of the Trip, after which it is deleted. By booking the Trip, Participants acknowledge that their data may be processed and transferred internationally as required by the nature of the Trip.

15. Emergency Contacts

Each Participant is required to provide at least one emergency contact at the time of booking. In the event of a medical emergency, accident, or safety incident, the Organizer reserves the right to contact emergency services, local authorities, and/or the Participant’s designated emergency contact without prior consent. Any costs arising from emergency responses remain the sole responsibility of the Participant.

16. Group Chats and Online Community

Participants may be added to group chats or online community spaces in connection with the Trip. All members are expected to communicate respectfully and refrain from promoting personal businesses, products, or services within these spaces. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Participant from group chats or community spaces for conduct deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without obligation to provide prior warning.

17. Environmental and Ethical Expectations

This Trip is rooted in values of compassion, sustainability, and respect - for animals, local communities, and the environment. All Participants are expected to uphold these values throughout the Trip.

All included meals and food experiences are fully plant-based. “Fully plant-based” means no animal products are used in included meals. While the Organizer carefully selects restaurants and venues, she cannot guarantee that kitchens are entirely free of cross-contamination with animal products, as this is outside her control. Participants are free to make their own choices during free time, but are asked to be mindful of the ethos of the group.

Argentina has a strong cultural presence of items made from animal materials, such as mate gourds, leather furniture and accessories, and items containing feathers or animal pelts (such as pillows or decor). The Organizer will do her best to minimize exposure to these items throughout the Trip, including in accommodations and toiletries, but cannot guarantee their complete absence. This does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Participants are expected to refrain from engaging in any activities that involve animal exploitation, including riding, handling, or photographing captive wild animals for entertainment. Any such activities undertaken independently are at the Participant’s own discretion and are not endorsed by the Organizer.

Participants are asked to travel with care: minimizing waste, respecting wildlife and natural environments, and engaging with local communities with curiosity and humility.

18. Legal Provisions

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution directly and in good faith. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Argentina.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

The Organizer’s failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of her right to enforce that provision in the future.

Time Limit for Claims

Any legal claims arising from or related to this Trip must be submitted within one year of the Trip’s end date. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

19. Intellectual Property

All materials created and distributed by the Organizer in connection with the Trip - including itineraries, guides, maps, and PDFs - are the intellectual property of Pilar Popovici. Participants may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any of these materials without prior written consent from the Organizer.
